If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice. Short-notice cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover reserved time.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather or other conditions that may affect safety or quality.

5. Payments

Payment is typically due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept commonly used payment methods as communicated at the time of booking.

Late payments may be subject to fees or interest as allowed by applicable law.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee and Limitations

We strive for excellent results and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within a reasonable time and we will evaluate the issue and, if appropriate, return to address it.

Certain stains, discoloration, or pre-existing damage may be permanent and cannot be fully removed. We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage or defects
  • Loose or failing paint, coatings, or materials that may be dislodged during proper cleaning
  • Damage resulting from undisclosed structural issues or improper installation of surfaces

7. Property and Safety

We will take care to protect your property and landscaping. However, you acknowledge that some overspray or runoff may occur as part of the cleaning process. You agree to follow any safety instructions we provide while work is being performed.
